Open enrollment for Lift Winter 2025 is officially closed. We are no longer accepting new applications for this round. Please check back in May when open enrollment begins for Lift Summer 2025.

Note: This program is available only to current EWF Connect members. However, if you sign up as a mentor only, a membership is not required.
